Did anyone miscarry bec heartbeat of lil one stopped? (Or know anyone who did?)?

im very sorry to hear about that. it hasnt happened to me but if it helps everyday im worried about the same exact thing! i heard my babys heartbeat at 9.7 weeks...yet i cant help but wonder all the time, especially when i notice a pregnancy symptom gone. you're not the only one worrying! feel better.
