Should I start Pierre Thomas or Rashard Mendenhall week 4?

It would be nice if I did not have to start either but I have Westbrook and he is injured (day to day). Mendenhall will definitely get more carries but is playing against a strong Baltimore D. Thomas will not have many carries but should see goal line opportunities against the Niners. What would you do?
