I want my filipino/filipina friends for the real recipe for chicken adobo?

i worked with the great filipino nurses for 30 yrs..we had our potlucks and the food was just great..i even would make my own version of chicken adobo.garlic, vinegar, fish sauce and soy sauce..i used to eat at goldilocks which was right in my neighborhood..then, i love pancit..my favorite was the pancit with the shrimp gravy..i think pancit lagonu?? pls. pardon my ignorance..where i am now it is easy not to know.hey, i even ate the blood dish..they, would laugh and say..you are filipino..i miss it and the food..so give me a recipe for chicken adobo and the poor description of my favorite pancit..thank you very much...
