Am i able to sale my proberty to someone?

I have proberty in tx that I own, I let my mother move into so it would quit being vandilized suggested by the sheriff dep, am I able to sale the proberty that I own legally with her living there? She is on ssi and her case worked wanted her to pay us 300 a mon for rent, I was easy on her instead of paying that much I asked for her to keep up with the proberty taxes, and she said she would she setup a payment arrangement to pay so much a mon. now I'm just finding out they are very behind if I've known that I would've payed them myself. Am I able to sale my place even thou she lives there??
