Is it possible Nazi Germany could have gathered enough Uranium to create an atomic bomb?

I am doing a counterfactual essay, and I just need to know if their occupation of parts of Russia could have helped them to gather enough Uranium or radioactive material to build an atomic bomb. Thanks for the help.
