What do i do, i love a guy that has a girlfriend.. [just read on it isn't as sleazy as it sounds.]?

Tell him the truth, that you are not happy just being friends, tell him you thought he would wait for you, and tell him you thought he loved you, and ask him why he lied to you [sounds a bit bitchy but I find it usually gets their real feelings out when they have to defend themselves, it's a dirty trick]. Make it clear that you are not a home wrecker but ask him why everything changed so suddenly. Chin up! =)
