Will the Republicans make racism a central issue next to obstructionism?

They look at Obama like it was affirmative action that got him the office. When the republicans attack the New Black Panthers, NAACP, and Obama don't they know they look like overt racists? With Obama we thought we put all this racial issues behaind us. Is it ignorance that keeps them digging it up?
