GMA X3100 - Good Enough?

I am looking to buy a laptop. Found one that I like within my price range. Not very high price range to start with! :) It comes with the GMA X3100. I am going to be using this mainly to watch online streaming video, and some video editing - basically downloading kids video from the camcorder, doing some editing and writing to DVDs. Will this integrated card be good enough?
