How do people see you differently than how you see yourself?

Obviously we know each inch of our own bodies and recognize our flaws and strengths but how do other people see you? I don't have the best self esteem yet I have never met a girl who doesn't think I'm attractive. I'm not really sure how to phrase this question but any enlightenment on the topic would be appreciated. 19 year old male btw.
