What does it mean when your walking somewhere,and you get kissed by one of your friends who notices you walkin

I was walking home from this thing, that my town has,and one of my friends, was with one of my other friends, they was riding in the other friends car, and they saw me walking, they got out, talked to me,and one of them kissed me for no reason. I wonder what that means?
