What is the terminology for adjective possessives when dealing with ethnicities/nationalities?

I want to know any terms related to the manipulation of names from the noun, to the plural, and to the possessive forms. E.g. Japan - Japanese - the Japanese people, Lebanon - Lebanese - the Lebanese people, (or from the Lord of the Rings, Rohan - Rohirrin - the Rohirrin people).
