Why hasnt taylors co firearms sent me a message or a tracking number for my bp gun i purchased?

I purchased a black powder revolver and paid ups ground yesterday morning and iI have received no info or email about my purchase or tracking number. does anyone know why they didn't give me a tracking number or email. It is to be shipped to me through ups ground. yes i have already been charged because there is less money in my bank account
