World War II dictatorships?

WWI had led to a lot of debt in many countries, and the great depression in the usa lead to a worldwide depression. Many countries had struggling ecomonies. dictators promised to fix all the county's problems. many germans were angry about the WWI reparations that they were paying and many aspects of the versailles treaty.
