Your "buddy" wins the lotto 2 days after you say to them I would give you money..?

I have a guy friend and we have been together off and on for 14 months. A week ago we were together and I said to him if I win the lotto (from the ticket I bought earlier that day) I will give you money to open your own restaraunt. I come to find out two days later he won $85,000.00 on lotto. It's five days later and he was not mentioned a thing about it even though I found out already and he is treating me badly. I don't want any money from him. I just thought he really thought I was a true friend. How can someone be so cold and mean after I made such a nice gesture and meant it?
