Everyone is different so it depends on the individual I never knew when i was ovulating. the only time i felt any cramping or pain was during my period. as for your cycle that is completely normal as well i was only on a normal cycle when i was on birth control. other wise i would fluctuate a few days and stress will change the cycle too. sometimes you may have a little more of a discharge when you ovulate but that's the only thing that i am aware of.

One of my laptops is a very old (IBM Thinkpad T20 2003) and I'm trying to make it last as long as possible. I don't have it connected to any networks, including internet, since I heard that that is a big drain on resources. I also keep it as cool as possible during most of the time it's running. I'm wondering if resource heavy software apps such as iTunes, Photoshop, ect. have an affect on laptop longevity. Lately I've been switching to mostly portable apps that are reported to leave a lighter footprint (VLC player, One by One player, Irfanview photo editor, ect.) So I'm wondering since these programs don't make an impact on the registry would it help extend the life of the laptop.

I meditated regularly for years doing zazen, in the tradition of korean and japanese zen. i then discovered within the christian tradition a form of prayer that's theologically sound and rooted, and it seems similar to me with zazen in that the prayer/meditator is not trying to do anything. i reckon centering prayer is different, because the intent is still opening yourself to God, whereas in zazen there is no intention of opening to a higher power, but at least in shikan taza (just sitting), it seems zazen itself is enlightenment. you sit for the sake of sitting.

This all started back in july of 08 when i got my first + on the elisa and a inconclusive on the WB, I was retested a week later at the same place elisa + WB NEG. Had a uni-gold test done that day as well was neg. March of this 09 had another uni-gold test that came back neg. Went back to the same health care provider June 8 and had the same + elisa so i went to get another rapid test done the same day at another clinic and it was neg, two days later I went to another clinic had another clear view rapid test and again neg. My risk is low been with one person over the last 5 years and when this all happened she was tested as well and she was neg. She also had a test done last night and the test was neg. Still waiting for the WB to come back. So if anyone knows anything about this or have heard anything like this I would love the help. I don't want to be an over the board tester

Horse lame in LF hoof need help finding solutions?

I have a five year old appendix gelding who had been lame in april on his LFon and off for 3 weeks and after a nerve block to the foot we determined the lameness was in the hoof. Xrays and ultrasound were clean so the vet injected the coffin joint and we gave him a 3 weeks rest and he seemed to be back to normal. He returned to normal work for over a month and then he was "ouchy" when i went to ride him on a monday, by tuesday he was at a 3 on the lameness scale. He had no heat, pulse or reaction to hoof testers. A different vet came out on Weds. He did a nerve block and determined lameness was in hoof again. He pulled the shoe and decided to treat for a bruise or abcess first before we jump to other things. We wrapped the foot and have been soaking for a week with bute for first 3 days and he seemed to be getting better. I am going to have the farrier put the shoe back on but since this has happened twice and two vets have done two different things could it be something else.

Why do I get lightheaded and a weak/numbing feeling in my body when seeing or talking about blood?

hi! well i want to start by saying i wish you the best of luck... i am not trying to discourage you in anyway... i just had my 1st iui done last thursday so wont know anything for at least another week or so we haven't decided what we will do next if it doesn't work...i have heard both sides of the iuis and the ivfs... i have 3 cousins that iuis worked the first time but then i also had one cousin who did 8iuis and 3 ivfs and ended up adopting about a year and a half ago. she too had unexplained fertility problems and everything looked fine on both sides but they just cant get pregnant! I am hoping now that they have a child and everything is finalized that they will end up pregnant soon... I happen to get stripe throat a few years ago and had to take steroids and it made my period over a mouth late. i knew i wasn't pregnant because i was Single and not having . I always hear people talking about how their saddle doesn't fit their horse. I honestly can't say I understand what they're talking about when they say this. Is a clingy baby a happy baby?

My son tends to be a little clingy. He likes to grab my finger and hold onto it. I can lay him down on the bed or sofa with me and he'll be grabbing and feeling my face, shirt and hand. When I hold him to rock him to sleep, he loved to suck on his pacifier but he'll forcefully bring down my hand with it and use both of his hands to hold my hand down. That is a very tough decision between Westbrook and Peterson. Peterson is a probably has more potential (last year mid-way through the season he was on pace for 2,000 yards). Westbrook on the other hand is a steady rb who is one of the best recieving backs and puts up great numbers recieving. The problem with both backs is they are consistantley injured due to their styles of play. Westbrook is a bit undersized and is rarely practices during the week because of injuries and is always listed as a game-time decision on Sundays. AD on the other hand has the risk of suffering a major injury. The man doesn't shy away from any contact. Overall I would select Westbrook because he plays on an offence that is not as one dimensional as the much malign Vikings offence.Good Luck

I went through this for a few months and finally got to my lowest point of agrophobia (constantly had to stay home, in my room or I would hypervenitlate) If you make sure you dont let yourself resort to that then things should let up as soon as you learn there is nothing else wrong with you and that you will NOT die from anxiety or panic attacks. I have this now where it comes once every 2-4 weeks (used to have it 24/7 a few months ago). Just make sure that you do NOT give in to your body's reaction of freaking out over nothing. Other real solutions such as biofuels are a great option, but the government is fining people who are caught using them for fuel tax evasion...I think if we take the time to convert a vehicle to use biofuels (ie-used vegetable frying oil from Mcdonald's) we should be rewarded for the environmentally conscious option we chose, as well as we shouldn't have to pay fines or taxes on fuel if we are not using it. New puppies wont stop chewing?

I just picked up 2 8 week old border collie pups and they are chewing on everything! I have bought chew toys for them, I have bought that spray thats supposed to deter them from chewing and they actually liked the taste of it from the moment they encountered it! I dont have a crate big enough for the both of them so I have been locking them up in the bathroom at night only to find that they have picked a spot out on the wall and have started tearing into the sheet rock on the wall. Nothing I have done this far seems to deter them from chewing. When I am home and can see them starting to chew on stuff I tell them no and they stop. I leave all their toys in the bathroom with them when they go in at night but they still want to only chew on the wall. Is there any recommendations? I know crating is the best way to go, but I dont have the money to buy a crate big enough to house both or two crates one for each dog. I am going to end up building a pen outside for them and making them stay outside at night if they dont stop tearing up my house at night. Any suggestions? Thanks :)

Indonesia is a huge country. Jakarta is an enormous polluted hell hole imo and should be avoided if possible. Bali is beautiful and the only hindu island. The rest of the country is muslim, but mostly very friendly and helpful. I would stay away from obvious tourist traps such as surfer bars (site of the Bali bombing) and drive only during the day. They drive like fiends and at night it is even more scary. Check the guide books for things to do and see there. It is very inexpensive mostly and many beautiful things to see.

How do I consistently maintain a 68%-72% humidity range with my cigar humidor?

I recently purchased a cigar humidor that holds up to 75-100 cigars. I have read all kinds of ways on how I should properly season the humidor. At first, I used my activator solution on my humidifier and placed that in the humidor. Then, I simply put a shot gl with distilled water in it and let it sit for almost a week. The reading on my hygrometer has not reached above 65%. Then, I decided to put another shot gl in it, along with a sponge. I also wiped down all the sides and the wood tray with the sponge to let the water soak into the spanish cedar. This has helped the most because the humidity has reached 70% humidity however continues to fall back down within 6 hours. I have not put my cigars in yet because I was expecting the humidity to stay consistent around 70% humidity (at least a month). I just changed locations and put my humidor into another room in my house to see if the humidity level was just bad in my room. The humidity in my humidor has been consistently in the 60%-65% humidity range. However, I would like it higher. What do you recommend I do to have my humidity level in my humidor reach a consistent level of 70% humidity?

feeding problems with 3 month old baby.?

My daughter turned 3 months last week.She is exclusively fed & eats every 3-4 hours. Since the last week itself, she has been eating less. She nurses from one & when I change sides, she refuses to nurse from the other. It is clear that she is hungry as she sucks hard on the pacifier or puts her fist in her mouth, but will not come back to my at all. Since yesterday, I have been pumping the side she doesn't nurse from & feed her the milk from the bottle. She gulps down the whole lot, as much as 100ml. I don't understand why she will not eat from my even though shes hungry. Has anyone had such an experience? Advice please.

So me and my my best friend have been friends sense 6th grade. We did not want to be friends then my and his friend pushed us together she was awesome. We joke. Play around. And always hang. Question about sciatica??

A few days ago my left foot started hurting on top and on the side near my ankle. The pain has steadily progressed these last few days and now my lower back, left thigh muscle and lower calf are hurting. About 1 year ago I was tested for lupus. I did have positive ANA but the titer level for lupus was low so my rheumatologist ruled out lupus. The muscle pain and joint pain is becoming wide spread but I mostly feel it in my back and it is driving me crazy. Could the sciatic nerve cause this kind of pain? I don't see my rheumatologist until the 27 of March so I am kinda dealing with the pain but I am starting to limp when I walk because of the pain in my foot that radiates from my lower back.
